BSVP has a newsgroup which is accessible to all BSVP members. If you would like to join us, please contact us by e-mail.
 
The group was set up to carry out case discussions, to discuss issues relevant to the profession and to facilitate communication between members.
 
For the newsgroup to function there will be a few basic rules, typical of such groups. These are:

  1. This newsgroup serves as an easy channel of communication for case discussions and all other aspects of pathology as well as a means of rapid distribution of information on training, jobs, meetings etc.

  2. All members of the BSVP can become members of the newsgroup. The moderator will consider all requests for inclusion or removal.

  3. Because of the nature of the group, confidentiality is of great importance. To avoid potential problems:

    4. NEVER forward group e-mails to anyone outside the groups without prior permission of the contributors concerned.

    Do NOT include information such as client names, reference numbers etc in the case information.

    Always discuss cases professionally and courteously.

  4. Basic instructions:

    5. All emails will be archived. In order to follow discussions, replies to any email should keep the original subject title and you should restrict your comments to that subject. If you want to add a note about a different subject, please do it through a second email with the appropriate subject title!

    Please do not send photos by e-mail, but upload them on the web page.

  5. All communication will be handled via the Secretariat. An appointed moderator and a deputy moderator will manage any problems.
