Clinician in Anatomic Pathology

Salary: Grade, level 7/8, £36,382 – £40,927/£44,706 – £51,799 per annum
The University of Glasgow, School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking to recruit a Clinician in Anatomic Pathology. You will join our enthusiastic group of clinicians in Veterinary Diagnostic Services (VDS) within the Division of Pathology, Public Health and Disease Investigation (PPHDI) in delivering a wide range of clinical and scholarly activities. You will contribute to undergraduate teaching, postgraduate training and the delivery of anatomic pathology diagnostic services (postmortem and biopsy) as well as undertaking high quality collaborative clinical research.

The School has an international reputation in teaching, clinical services and research and is accredited by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), the European Association of Establishments of Veterinary Education (EAEVE) and the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA).
We welcome applications from candidates with a Veterinary degree registerable with the RCVS and with eligibility to sit the qualifying examination for a specialist postgraduate veterinary pathology qualification (i.e. Diploma of the American or European College of Veterinary Pathologists, or Fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists) within 1 year of appointment.
